Q: My a/c unit is 41" high, and 37 x 34.5 in widths. I guess the height doesn't matter that much, but am hoping this will fit mine?

The bottom of the cover has pull string to tighten the cover on the unit prevent an updraft of air from blowing the cover off. I would be believe if you the pull string pulled tight it should not matter. My unit measured 38X36X38 so it fitted perfectly and I have had no issues given I live in an area that is constantly windy.

Q: What is the coating in the inside of the cover?

I'm sorry I'm unable to tell you about the lining because the cover has already been packed away for the summer. But I can tell you that it is indeed waterproof through rain & snow. The straps kept it in place through heavy winds. This is a quality a.c. cover!

Yes it will just be a tad big. My air conditioner was 32x34 around and 38 inches tall. I ordered a 34x34x38 and it fit perfectly.

Q: Need 44 inch long 32 inch high 32 inch across

I don’t know the range of sizes offered. As I remember, that was listed in the online information provided on the product.
