I swear by shout. I have 2 little kids. Their food ends up more on their clothes than in their mouths. They love to draw and color and that ends up on their clothes too. You can use this spray immediately at the time of the accident and wash right away. You can spray it and let it sit a few days before washing. Or forgot to spray and the stain has been there a few days. Literally this gets it all out!!!!
