Is a decent mid range mouthguard. Lasts forever and functions exactly as it should.

Very comfortable, feels like it is glued to my teeth. It stays up so talking and breathing is easy.

My son needed a mouthguard for boxing, and this looked way cooler than the plain white or clear ones we saw in the stores. Having the compression cage helps a lot with getting the right fit, but as you've probably seen in some other reviews, you do need to be careful because you only get one shot at doing it right.No problems here, though. If you've done this kind of thing before I don't expect you'll have a problem.

My son regularly does MMA and had been using the child size of this mouth guard, as recommended by his MMA instructor. He had outgrown the size and needed an adult size. No issues molding, the tray is helpful to make sure the impression is fully molded. He's still got all of his teeth since wearing this, so I would say it's a keeper!

My daughter has been involved in flag football for several years so I have become quite the pro at Boiling mouth guards. I usually boil it then wait a couple of minutes for it to cool until the water is below 200° f and then dip the mouth guard in for just a couple of seconds and then my daughter bites down on it. I don't leave it in there long enough for it to reach 200 degrees Fahrenheit. This mouthguard fits her really well so I am happy with this mouth guard.

I honestly got mine because I'm a aggressive teeth grinder at night and my dentist recommended a mouth guard so I would not harm my teeth further. WELLLLLLLLL....I think I overkilled this assignment because I got this radical beast designed for 200mph punches coming at your jaw from Mike Tyson - Not like Nadia Grinder...(That sounds funny..lol!) ANYWAY - It does the trick and is honestly super comfortable so I've kept mine and am using it religiously! AND now also, when I get up in the morning and I still haven't taken it out yet, I look like a badass to my husband every morning. Just yesterday he complimented me by saying he was surprised to wake up to a MMA fighter wife. I'll call that a compliment! lol
