I sat down and read the book, i went back and re read a few chapter, I smoked through out reading the book, as he suggest. Then i smoked my last cigarette, cleaned out the ashtray, and I haven’t had one since. It has been a week, I cant really explain it, but I don’t crave one, even in stressful situations.And my husband still smokes (hasn’t read the book yet) and it doesn’t bother me. Well, I feel sorry for him , I want him to read the book!!!
