This carafe holds an ideal amount of water for an overnight stay, I usually fill it up with enough water for two or three glasses in the night. I always need a glass of water at some point in the middle of the night and it's nice to have a way to keep it cold and free of stray dust and cat hair and prevent reasonable spills. It feels sort of fancy, like a nice hotel or something. The carafe has a fun mid-century glass vibe and I love the grey shade. It's a little on the heavy side and the shape does make it so you have to carry it up the stairs very carefully, but I don't mind as it makes my night so much easier.

Beautiful, delicate and good design. Has a decent water capacity.
