Fantastic for the Money - use for mostly pizza dough balls
These are great for the money. I can't fit the standard size proofing containers in my side-by-side counter depth fridge, these fit perfectly. I have 8 of them in total now and they clean up great. Have not had a single handle or "hinge" break or even stretch on me. I will continue to buy these!

Fits inside our proofer
We bought these because they fit inside the proofer. Can hold about two pizza dough balls about 280g in weight with room for expansion. So you're not going to hold a ton of dough in here but for a couple Neapolitan pizza balls that you are proofing it is great.

They're perfect.
They're great. I make 8.5 oz dough balls for bar pizza and I can comfortably fit 6 of them into each and they have room to rise. Can take em with me to a friends house for pizza night on-the-go. Too easy.

Broke during the first use!!!
Let me start this review by saying this thing is made with the cheapest plastic I've ever seen. It seems there are a lot of chinese companies all selling this same cheap product. If it was under $15, I would say you get what you are paying for but this is more than $30. I received it from Amazon and started using it the same day. I made some dough balls and put them in to the contain to raise in the refrigerator overnight. When I took the box out the next morning and tried to open the easy access lid, it broke right down the middle. Of course I went to Amazon to request a refund. Like I said before, this is made out of very cheap plastic. The only postives I can mention are....you do get two trays and they are a decent size for home use. Overall, don't buy this product unless the price goes way down and don't try to use the easy acces lid. Just take the whole lid off each time.

dough proofing box
the box itself is nice and made fairly well, my only issue is that the sizing. It wished it help 6 dough balls, but it really only holds 4 if your making large pizzas
