My bunnies absolutely love this alfalfa hay! It’s fresh and keeps them happily munching all day. Perfect for young or picky rabbits. Great quality and no dust—definitely a staple in our bunny household! Great value for money !

Great alfalfa hay very clean
I got this alfalfa hay for what I thought was a pregnant chinchilla, but ended up finding out that she was just fat! This is a great high-quality hay that my chinchillas love, but I will be switching them out to Timothy hay because that is better nutritionally for them . The alfalfa hay does smell very good. There was no mold present and it was very dry. Just like it should be. It was shipped in its own box and labeled properly and I think is great value for the money. It was a nice green color and you got a lot of hay for the price.

This is the second time I've bought it for the bunny... she loves it. What I like is that it has helped her maintain her weight and she looks healthier.

Alfalfa hay
Tends to be a little dusty & have to pick thru towards the end of the bag.

Hayyyy
I've had this box for 3 months now, quality is great and it's healthy for my guinea pigs treat from time to time. It's harder than Timothy hay but not like bale hay and easy to use. Dark green in color.

Good product for a decent price.
Really good alfalfa.Came packed up well. Hay was green but dried out properly. It's compressed a little, but you have to expect that with bulk hay.The most important part: All 8 rabbits love it. (6 babies and 2 adults. The adults get it as an occasional snack.)I don't think we're going to need more, but if we ever do need more bulk alfalfa, I'll be buying this.Edit: Was bummed out to see this has almost doubled in price 2 months after I bought it. I'm not going to dock it a star because it IS really good and I did get my original bag for $25. When I saw the price jump, I tried with another brand (Thunder Acres) and it was some of the worst hay I've ever seen in my life. Feel free to look up the review and pics (Premium Alfalfa Hay 5 lbs). The $40 price tag on this may be worth avoiding the hassle of finding another really good alfalfa. I just wish it had stayed at the same price as the first bag I bought. :-/Attached picture shows the oxbow alfalfa on the left and the Thunder Acres alfalfa (sticks?) that just came on the right. The oxbow alfalfa is still green and looks normal 2 months after buying it.The right side brown sticks...that's the new bag of PREMIUM Thunder Acres alfalfa that I just got yesterday (and promptly returned today).
