Yeah these are old school cool! I have some in one-inch and some in one-and-a-quarter inch. Made in the USA. There’s plenty of these HK clips here on Amazon but these are a USA product.

Lets face it... Unless you're some airsofter, you're going to be using this pretty hard. Blue Force Gear makes some really tough stuff, and this seems like it'll hold up well. It's held up to me cinching down my weapon tightly (as tight as I could) over my kit multiple times and doesn't look damaged in any way. The spring loaded clip functions well, the couple times I've had to take it off thusfar (even with sand and mud in it, still opened and closed)Recommended.

I thought I needed a 1.25” HK snap hook. I found one that was sold by an HK parts dealer. What a piece of junk. I actually threw it away.I ordered this 1” version made by BFG and it works great. The quality is much better. I trust it. Be aware of cheap “tinny” junk.This 1” loop will work well with a 1.25” sling.

For those who use a HK style sling or a 2-point sling you need this. The hook is where most sling manufacturers take short cuts to cut cost. The Blue Force snap hook is a solid rugged American made product that will not fail you when you need it most. Snap fully closes and provides a secure attachment point. Coated to prevent scratches and rust resistance. I replaced all my sling snap hooks with them. Highly recommended.

Holds the needed gear in place while playing airsoft

This is a complicated review. On the one hand, the actual merchandise is pretty good. I wanted a way to quickly remove a sling from a Ruger Mini-14 Ranch. This clip is excellent for that purpose. My beef is the purchase process and I don’t know whether my complaint is with Amazon or the company that sells the product on Amazon. The purchase came from an Amazon distribution center. The purchase process was as follows. I ordered 2 clips and received the order in the promised time frame. Unfortunately I received 2 clear plastic bags (factory packaging intended to be 1 packaged with 1 clip in each bag), but I received 1 bag with a clip and 1 factory-sealed bag that was empty. I explained the problem and arranged to return the order & received the replacement order within a couple of days. I returned the original shipment (1 clip & 2 bags) and Amazon confirmed they received the return. Weeks later I received a notice that I was going to be charged $12+ on a specific date for not returning the full order (the missing 2nd clip - that I never received). I immediately contacted Amazon & was informed that I would not be charged for the original missing 2nd clip. On the specified date, my credit card was charged $12+. I called again was assured the charge would be reversed in a number of business days. That window is now passed with no charge reversal. So in the end, I paid for 3 and got 2. Twelve bucks isn’t the end of the world, but it is a reminder of the pitfalls of on-line purchases. The clip is good; not the buying experience. I’d recommend another purchase process.

These are very high quality snap hooks, and worth the money over the knockoffs.I wanted a way to secure my gloves to my new Kore battle belt, and after seeing various versions of glove hangers, I came up with this idea for the Blue Force gear HK snap hooks and a 6.5" piece of Velcro One Wrap available here on Amazon.I had tried a small carabiner, but they flop around, the HK style snap hooks do not.Spend the money on these USA made hooks, they are well worth it.
