Great power station and customer service
The media could not be loaded. The power station is great I purchased this unit the GTX280 back in June of 2023 and the unit has been used quite a bit especially after work when we have coworkers that left their lights on and sometimes while out shopping in I seen a few people that needed help in the shopping malls parking lots and pull out the jumper and they laugh and say that little thing is going to jump start my car connect the two leads and have them turn the car over and do e they are amazed and asked where i got my unit from and for the price I tell them amazon and the brand is Gooloo they have a range of prices suitable for everyones price range. I've easily used this unit over 35 times and the unit held up until recently, I went to charge the unit and it just randomly stopped working and the display flashed, I reached out to customer service and met Fiona she was great and replied promptly the customer service has been great thanks to Fiona she handled the situation great just asked me a few questions and a short video clip which is the one I have posted to the review. Then she checked the warranty period and she replaced my unit with in two days of communication with her over email. If you have any issues with your unit I would definitely recommend reaching out to Fiona her @ is as follows [email protected] . I am very happy with my unit and have used Gooloo products for the past 6 years have never had any issues until now, but with the quick response and solution from Fiona I know I didn't go wrong with Gooloo and will continue to buy Gooloo products.

GOOD WORKHORSE!!
I've had this bank for over 6 months and i use it daily so it's a workhorse. I have nothing but praise for this product. It packs a lot for the price. Only $139. WOW. It is not only a battery bank but a high capacity jump starter. It puts out 13.5 to 14 volts at the battery clamps and at the cigarette lighter plug. I've jumped a 5.9 liter Dodge diesel truck with a totally dead battery and it cranked it for over 30 seconds, although it struggled a bit. It jumps most any gasoline car with no trouble. And the charge seems to last forever. It hasn't broken down or anything Highly recommended. I give it FIVE stars. And for the price for all it delivers I'd give SIX stars if it was possible.

Great so far.
Great so far. Jumped various vehicles and it usually just drops 1 or 2% with each start. Time will tell how it holds up.

It works but the 100 w usbc cord is not a 100 w usbc cord, It only does up to 65 watts.
The media could not be loaded. I attached a video of me testing the cord that came with the Gooloo gx280. The book states it is a 100 watt usbc cord but will not charge more than 60 to 67 watts. My 100 watt cord I bought from amazon actually charges it at 95 to 100 watts. Everything else on the Gooloo gx280 works good. I would not use the inverter that comes with it to run anything delicate. But it should be fine to run a heater or something like that with it. It works good and when on sale is worth the 140 dollars. I do not think I would pay more than that for it. If you need something like this for ac power I would suggest a small power station with a pure sine wave inverter. You can get them around the same watt hours for around 200 dollars.update 11/7/2023: The unit stopped taking a charge. It was not powering up. Connected a 100 watt usbc cord into it and it got up to 20%. Stopped taking a charge at all. Even at a lower wattage. Went a few minutes on 100 watts then tried a lower wattage because it was getting really hot. Charged at 12 watts from a usba to usbc cord, then I went back to 100 watt usb c charge. The Flashlight came on and it stopped taking a charge. Tried letting it cool off overnight and still wont take a charge. Now I cant seem to get the flashlight to come back on. Still reading 20%. Also tries to run when trying to use the usba outputs but wont charge anything for more than a few seconds and then shuts off. DO Not charge at 100 watts. Keep it below 70 or it might fail on you. I will have to try and see about warranty or try to make it charge off of some other source of power. Unit is about 6 months old.Update 11/24/23; I just got around to updating the review. I got a replacement within a week of contacting Gooloo. Gooloo replaced the unit under warranty. I did have to pay to ship it back to them for the warranty. After I sent them the tracking number they sent me a replacement unit from Amazon. I recieved the new unit within 3 days of shipping the old one out. They had not received the old unit yet. I paid about 25 dollars for the cheapest ground shipping through UPS. Which was dropped off on a friday morning at a UPS store and was delivered the following Thursday. The response time was pretty fast from Gooloo. Received replies within 24 hours from Gooloo customer service. I contacted them on the Gooloo website for customer service. Had a few emails about my options. If I wanted a replacement or a refund, I had to ship it back either way. So, I researched for the cheapest shipping option and found a good deal at UPS.com for 50% off shipping with a code. If yours fails on you, you can get a replacement within a week, but you have to pay for shipping it back to get the new unit. I did not pay for anything on the replacement. So, a big thumbs up to gooloo customer service for that. I wish I did not have to pay for return shipping under warranty, but I understand having to pay for it. If your fails, you feel comfortable working on things battery things, and you do not want to pay for shipping it back, I would recommend trying to do something to make it charge off of something else other than the USBc input so it can still be used as a battery bank. You could buy a small 10 amp solar charge controller and connect it directly to the battery. And hopefully the rest of the device will still work or at the very least you still have a 280 wh battery you can increase the size of a small power station with.

AMAZING
I have a 100-amp car booster that plugs in, and recently it was unable to start my wife's van, but THIS THING, OH MAN, it didn't break a sweat. The booster had to charge the car for about five minutes before it said I could use the booster to start the car. The cables got very warm and everything. Still, unable to start the van.In comes this battery jumper though, this thing I hooked and instantly starts the car with a strong first crank on the starter. I have successfully tested the USB C is able to both charge and discharge at the 100w this thing advertises. The lowish wattage inverter it comes with also works well too. I got another 1000w USB C charger so I could charge this thing quickly in the car as well as using my laptop charger to do it when it's in the house. The light is good enough to use as a work light in the small area. I use a carabiner to hang it where I need it. It's not SUPER bright though. If you want that, you need something else.I easily recommended this to two others, and they were excited to buy it as an external laptop battery. I've been VERY happy with its capacity. It only goes down a percentage point after I jump two cars.
