The usual slightly bitter taste of flax oil.A friend had some and said “ ahh fishy”. I explained that it was in fact not “fishy” but maybe what fishies ate; No fish were harmed for making , or in this oil, and that is a good thing! Im glad they are making this!💙🐟🐟🐟💙

My son had severe eczema behind his knees and all across his back (to the point where it was raw and bleeding from him scratching). I gave him a squirt of this everyday in his apple sauce for two weeks and saw immense improvement. Continuing to do so, and it's keeping it away. Much better solution than just suppressing it with steroid creams.

I used this as extra omega fatty oil for my dog during the winter months. My air is extremely dry - humidity as low as 10% during the winter. My dog gets very itchy and develops hotspots from the constant scratching, which are painful for him, nasty for me, and expensive to treat with the vet. So I started giving him this oil to help his body keep up with the oils his skin needs. He absolutely loves the taste and it has worked great for him. His itching is now 95% better and no more hotspots. Beautiful lush coat too. I gave it four stars because it causes him very smelly gas and looser stools. But it’s not outright diarrhea, and I’m happy to live with the farts - just light a match when I can’t bear the smell and that takes care of that. The trade-off is worth it - he’s much more comfortable and no medical bills from the vet.

So I’ve ordered this oil several times and had no problems. However, my last bottle from Amazon came with a thick black sludge at the top. I’ve never seen that in any other bottles. Because I had extra on subscribe and save, I hadn’t opened it before the return window closed. I had a similar experience from Amazon buying goli gummy vitamins. When they arrive, they were all melted & sticking together upon arrival. The oil is usually good and a great liquid version for supplement. Usually tasteless in smoothies, but I personally don’t like the taste when trying to add it on top of a warm dish like a soup.
