PErect for decorating a co-workers office
We ordered these for their price point and were pleasantly surprised when we opened them. You need to be careful not to rip them when hanging them up. They were the perfect amount of decor for their office birthday surprise, and months later, they are still up.

Perfect for my kid's "rainbow" birthday party!
Decor super easy to assemble. Colors are bright and cheerful exactly as pictured. The "balloons" and "bows" banners unfold in a really easy, neat way. Pom poms take some work to fluff, as expected. Overall a great buy!

Cute and Durable
So for the most part they were easy enough to assemble. The puff balls were a little tricky but turned out cute! The Happy Birthday sign had to be strung but the letters were thick and I really liked that cause they lasted (they were used again for my BDay on Easter). The colors are bright and pretty! I didn’t end up using all the decorations that came with the package but it was all worth the price!

Easy & Efficient
Very easy to put together!! The colors are bright & Right! It's not an off red or orange, etc. Jusy aheads uo though, you do have to put the happy birthday letters on the string yourself, which kind of sucks. Hence why I gave it four stars, otherwise it worked great for my kiddos birthday party!

Not worth the money
This stuff is beyond cheap. With the exception of the happy birthday sign, the rest of it is super thin tissue paper that has to be built and not in a typical party banner or decoration way. Fluffing cheap thin tissue paper just make ahead thin tissue paper wads not decorations. Literally went in the trash.

Love the colors! Great value.
I bought these for my daughter's birthday party. It took a while to make the pom poms, but we expected that. My 8 year old helped me make them the day before. It wasn't hard to assemble. I bought it because I like the colors and thought it was a great value for the money. I was able to fold everything (except the pop poms) up and save it for another party.
