Bought this for my daughter for secondary school. It’s got great capacity with lots of different compartments. She carries a lot of books and her lunch so it can be really heavy but the padded straps mean it doesn’t cut into her shoulders. It has also kept things dry in some very wet weather walking to school! She loves it and it feels good quality and built to last

This is one of the best looking backpacks that I've encountered. Elegant, yet not boring. Also Jansport quality was another reason for me to purchase this item. One improvement could be increasing the size of the little pouch in front. All in all, I am definitely satisfied with this product.
