Taste is ok but often out of stock
If you can get it, it's not too bad. Nice that it is shelf-stable. However, even though my last order says it was delivered, I never received it and can't get refund, and many times is out of stock altogether.

Healthy meal for people on the go!
I have been eating these meals for a while. They are pre portioned sizes, don’t need to be cold, they just sit on the shelf, and they are ready in 1 minute! They are satisfying and you can add more vegetables if you want. The value is acceptable and they are perfect for my busy life-style.

Make it your go-to meal!
These are handy and healthy and filling. The extended expiration dates make great emergency meals. First of all I make minne by adding several sauces, 2 regular size meatballs, and Parmesan cheese on topQuick and easy. Tasty. Great for those days you’re not feeling feeling well, or too tired to function on the kitchen. Quick clean-up also!Your mileage may differ.

HMR Meals Rate Ten Stars
It is impossible to say enough good about these meals. Plenty of nutrition and taste. But controlled portion size while still keeping you feeling full. I was on a campaign to control portion size and shrink my stomach. HMR was key in this campaign. I lost over 60 pounds (yes, I was overweight). The only downside was that I had to buy new, shorter, belts. I will accept that downside. Thank you HMR !! Art

I serve this over roasted vegetables.
Although I have reached my goal weight loss I’m continuing to get the HMR entrees, oatmeal and bars that I really like. They are helping me to maintain control over my calorie intake and I really like the taste of the foods, the convenience of cooking and the flexibility of supplementing with fresh fruits and vegetables.
