This is a nice looking hose reel that blends in more aesthetically to the house and provides plenty of length to get anywhere in my front yard. I wanted the reel box to stay as close to the wall as possible, so I screwed it onto a post instead of into the wall because it doesn't fold perfectly 90 degrees. I also didn't want to damage the stucco.My only issue was the hose connector is the quick disconnect screwed into the supplied sprayer and I needed an extra quick disconnect fitting to attach a lawn sprinkler. I emailed the manufacturer to get an extra fitting and they very kindly supplied me with an extra one in addition to a new water sprayer to try. Their service overall was great.The new sprayer works great with plenty of water flow, and the extra quick disconnect fitting makes it very convenient to switch between my lawn sprinkler and hand sprayer. This is a super convenient setup and I'd definitely recommend it. It looks a lot better than the sloppy tangled hose by my driveway and easy to do my watering. Hopefully it lasts a long time!

Very unsatisfied. The hose cracked open after a year of light use and is now unusable.

Funciona bien, es fácil de instalar. El diámetro de la manguera es menor a las mangueras tradicionales. Todo es de plástico que pudiera comerse el sol. pero por el precio creo que vale la pena. En cuanto al tope de enrollado solo es cuestión de acostumbrarse a usarlo. Se ve bien, no hubo fugas en las conexiones aunque me sobraron piezas de conexión que no dice donde van.. Si lo recomiendo

So far so good. I wanted a functional, automatic hose reel that was enormous in size or cost. This is a stylish compact solution. It comes with a spray nozzle that is admittedly not great and the connections are quick connect. I reached out to the seller and they graciously sent me 3 additional quick connect adapters free of charge so I could connect additional accessories. I can also say that other brands quick connect adapters also work as I was able to try a Melnor adapter that came with my hose wand and it works perfectly. Been using it for a few weeks now. Does what you expect it to do. Spring tension is firm but easy to extract and the retraction is smooth and not too fast. You can adjust the stop ball and there is a quick connect storage clip on the back to attached the end of the hose when not in use. This prevent the hose end lying on the ground and from any creepy crawlies from seeking refuge inside your hose. Opportunities to improve the product, in my opinion, would be to use a higher quality hose. This one is not as rubbery and flexible as it could be. A quick connect coupler with a stop valve would be nice. Include a couple additional quick connect adapters as standard. Improve the quality of the included spray nozzle. In the end though, for the money you can't go wrong and the company seems to really be there to stand behind the product to assist and solve any issues you may have.

***Update: they returned the defective unit and sent me another one...now waiting for a part to complete purchase. If all goes well, I have a beautiful, working hose unit!!Everything is as advertised, but does NOT autorewind... gentle and slow or otherwise.Getting the hose back in is a nightmare! Dunno if it's a dud or what
