The produce is slightly larger than I expected however the initial heating took about 4-5 minutes. The look of the machine is very smart and pleasing to look at. The produce it’s self is simple to use and I was skeptical on leaving the machine on for long periods of time. After the first night I was no longer concerned and wake up immediately to hot water which is great since I work 3rd shift. Wonderful product. So far nothing to dislike.

This is a great product. Great value and it serves the purpose of having hot water throughout the day. We went thru a couple of Zojirushi Hybrid Water Boiler and Warmer. We liked it's functions and the look until the nonstick inner pot started the rust appearance. For health reason, we started looking for a stainless steel inner pot instead of buying the same brand. (Zojirushi is a good brand, we have other items and worked beautifully. ) The stainless steel inner pot impressed us and decided to give it a try on this brand "Nutrichef". Glad we did...

The best feature is the lighted water level. I can actually tell how much water is in the tank. Dents easily but you can pop out the dent by massaging the area. Heats well. Only other down side is the rear plug is not magnetic. I like to unplug it at night. Cleaning should be easy as its stainless inside. How long this last?......most of time the inner plastic lining falls apart. From a environment standpoint, I hope this unit last longer than my Panasonic unit

I’ve been using a normal tea kettle for my hot beverages and I was surprised by how nice my new water boiler is. It is simple to use and much more convenient since I can use this for many other hot drinks like coffee or even for soups. This heats up my water much more quickly compared to my past water heaters or even boiling on the stove top. The best feature though is the water capacity as I can heat up a large amount of water to serve hot drinks to my guests whenever I am having large gatherings. The insulated feature is also nice as I can have access to hot water and it be readily available for refills. I suggest always making sure there is enough water at all times and clean it out regularly. Very happy with my new kitchen appliance that we use almost daily

very sturdy and is quick to heat/boil water. The display that lites up is very hand during the night.

I bought this product for boil and keep warm water. Only used for one month and the sensor of the dispenser button has issue. Sometimes it worked but sometimes it doesn’t, then the hot water keep running and can’t stop it, omg!

As my own personal bias, I love Zojirushi products and owned many including the water dispenser, which is still functioning perfectly. This addition is for my personal use at work in a tiny cubicle for couple of reasons:1) It is much cheaper than the name brand.2) It does not have the annoying alarm that goes off when water has reached the preset temperature. The alarm can be quite annoying in the office setting.I did not purchase extended warranty but I am hoping it is built as a tank like the other name brand product. For the current reviewing time as of January 2023, I am very happy with the purchase.

Excellent product - it does what we expected. Having hot water for our tea, anytime during the day, helps us keep hydrated. Better than having to wait for water to boil on the stove. Looks nice on the countertop too.
