I have asthma and allergy season is very hard on me but since I've started taking a serum I made with elderberries, this apple cider vinegar, and honey I have not gotten sick all year. Every year i get bronchitis but this year so far I've stayed healthy with not even allergy symptoms. It's quite amazing.

Flavor

if you can stand the smell then go ahead and buy iti bought this to use it with a clay mask i have so it serves its purpose its just really smelly but cmon its vinegar!decent sized bottle... i liked itjust gotta hold my breath when applying it to my face hahaha

Old product. No expiration date on vinegar. Threw out rather than take a chance. Will not be buying any food products from Amazon.

This is an excellent apple cider vinegar sold at a good price. Needing 9 more words I'll say that it comes in a good jar.
