Originally we received the first 2 pool balls in Oct 2023. We liked them so much that we bought 6 more. We live in Florida and keep them in the pool all the time. After approx 6 months I noticed they were dirty looking and when I took them out to clean them, they were also sticky feeling on top. I contacted the company and they quickly answered with some cleaning instructions. Although I tried them, it didn’t work well but I found by using “greased lightening”, it helped more but did take some of the design off. I then put a vinyl protectant called 303, a marine grade protectant, on and will see if that helps keep them clean. In the future, I would apply the protectant to the balls when they are new. Great company and product.

I absolutely love these pool lights! They charge nicely all day and light up great at night. I keep them on the outer edge of our pool most times and this lights up our deck and then put in pool when swimming at night or have company! They are amazing! Customer service from Dially is great, very responsive and corrected an issue I had with one light quickly. Very pleased and highly recommend these lights

I live on a lake and considered anchoring these in the lake fir an outdoor lakeside party. Instead I scattered 4 balls across the landscape. Beautiful and fun!

I originally gave this product a five star, because in the beginning, they were absolutely beautiful, floating in the pool. But after a couple of days, they didn’t charge very well, and they look dirty because of the moon crater appearance they have. My family came home that weekend after I bought them, I made a comment that I needed to clean my beach balls lol I returned them needless to say

The only thing I don't like about them is how they look during the day or right before it turns on. The "splochiness" (moon design) looks like dirty "mold" when unlit. I know it's supposed to resemble the moon, and when it's lit, it's fine, but un-lit it looks weird. I wish they were just a solid whitish instead of resembling dirty mold. Other than that, they're really super cool. It's a nice addition to the pool for night effects.

We have had the 4 Tially floating balls for about 2 years, 7 x 24. They are still going strong. The colors change and remote works. Our guests love them and they also keep the animals and birds away from the pool. They are the greatest!
