Do not waste your money here exclamation point or your time bought this phone because I needed a cheap phone to be able to contact my disability office have a pending case it did arrive quickly but it is not worth it. It says that it's unlocked but it cannot be used with total wireles whenever I called total Wireless trying to switch my number they basically said that there's no way that I could use this phone on their service I truly believe that I got scammed out of money I will be doing a return I have to reorder a different device which will take even more time to get to me just don't waste your time
