I had been hoping to find something to help stabilize my knees well enough that I could get back to my active lifestyle. I think this may be the one!! At first I wasn't sure about these because they felt too tight, and I wasn't convinced they would stay in place. But...I strapped them up, and bounded down the stairs like I haven't in years. My goal was to see if they would help my knees while I tried to cut the grass with our pushmower on our uneven, rocky, sloped yard. I had went out earlier without the braces, just to pick up branches from the yard and my knees were already starting to ache. I struggled pushing that mower on that hill for an hour...pushing, pulling, locking me knees and digging my heels in, trying to keep the mower from sliding downhill etc...to my surprise, I never felt even the slightest pain the entire time! These things work! Will I be able to play basketball next? I might be willing to give it a try! These are totally worth the money. Yes, it's true the velcro pad will pull up the fabric if you let it touch, but that's not a big deal to me. You can learn to avoid doing that by simply folding the pad over on itself when you unwrap it. Even if you destroy it over a few months, the cost is minimal, just order another. For people who find it doesn't stay in place...you may need a bigger size, which could be an issue. I'm probably 30 pounds overweight and I have to wear an xxl. So if you are a much bigger person than me, I can see the limited sizes being a problem. I wish they made them larger in general.

I found that the sizing guide runs small, and I had to return one because it was too tight. Measured above the knee about 6 inches - use the suppliers guide, then go up one size for a more accurate fit.Once I had the right size, the brace is comfortable and supportive.

I really love this. It felt so good on my left knee that I got a second one for my less painful right knee. I read a review that said the Velcro grabs too tightly, and I agree. It caused pills and fuzziness just from normal use, and the straps tend to grab onto each especially when you take it off or are putting it on. But I simply removed the straps by snipping the threads that held them on and ran a de-piller over the material ...... and now I am totally happy. The braces stay up just fine without the straps, but I am not a runner so I cannot say if that would be true for someone who moves more energetically than normal day to day walking around. I got a medium size the first time, and the top rolls down a bit, so I bought a large for my second one, but I am still happily using both of them.

Dislike not comfortable. Needed it for sleeping in and couldn’t use it.

The material is so thin it rolled down as soon as I put it on. The straps that wrap around are too short to come all the way to the square on the front where they attach. Cheap. I don't see how it could offer any support at all. I definitely don't recommend it

I love these so much I have bought 2 of them. Good product for knee pain and swelling. It helps with compression, keeps my knee more supported and stable, warms the joint and does not make my skin sore or irritated like a thicker neoprene brace does. This is more breathable and I like I can adjust the straps for more support if I need it. It's my favorite knee brace!

the brace fit fine except the top seam was cutting off the circulation, I would have had to snip it if I kept them so I returned them instead.
