Sturdy and the perfect size for a woman of small frame

I have a metal one but this wood Wing Chun circle/wheel is best. Compared to the metal one, this is thicker so you get a better grip on it and also (while still completely hard) isnt as hard maybe as the metal so it isnt quite so hard on the forearms when doing fast movements. I stick my wrists through and hold the tension and I shift squat/ready stances, you can grab eat end and pull apart/push in and it's very stable. Just the best tool for stretching you could ask for

Nice piece of training equipment but be sure to measure & try to match length of forearm... I "guesstimated" the size and it's a bit smaller than I thought. I can still use it but I'm getting a second, larger ring that is closer to my forearm length...

Just what I needed

Ring training has been a terrific addition to my solo workouts. This 9" ring is all you really need - it works perfectly and it is sturdy and well made.

I am 6' 3 and this ring is the perfect size for me. That is to say it fits in the nook of my elbow and goes to my wrist. Helps train the upper body to move as one unit to protect the center line.

Great for wing chun hand movements. Mr likey a lot.

The item is great! Helps me focus my moves. Makes for an interesting workout.. I'm not used to using props. lol. If you're looking into getting one, I recommend taking the time to learn about the item: know what size you might need, for example.. I for one, love it!
