THE SNAK YARD SHIITAKE MUSHROOM ORGANIC

I stumbled on these on a recent trip abroad. I got hooked! They are lightly but pleasantly seasoned (real Umami), and tender rather than super-crunchy. I tried two other brands, and they both nearly broke a tooth. This one is crunchy and satisfying but not hard. Very flavorful. And as snacks go, this one is very "clean."

A friend , returning from the Philipines, had brought me a bag of these snack shitake mushrooms, and I loved them. Couldn't find them anywhere (though Costco said they had 'em). Amazon scores again. I find them rather expensive - so they'll have to be conserved for special treats - a bit over $20 per bag. Some controverrsy, as they contain cadmum, because they're grown in earth that contains cadmium. At >70 years of age, I'm willing to start storing cadmium in my tissues & bet I die of something else first. Delicious!

Addicting to eat but also rich flavor so you only need a few at a time.

If you like mushrooms you will love this tasty version!!

they are delicious, there is one thing I would change and that is their use of seed oils. It is in organic palm oil nonetheless, they are tasty and they are healthy comparative to your other crispy, crunchy and seasoned snacks on the market.

I love mushrooms so much but these were awful! Too salty, too hard, weird flavor. I spit them out & washed my mouth out. My husband is a mushroom lover too & he spit them out as well. I’m so sad. I really wanted these to be good. Not returnable so total waste of money.

These were $15 at one point and that was way too much. We're now at $30 for a couple handfuls of dehydrated mushrooms? Yeah pass. Get a dehydrator and make this with $3 in shrooms and spices.

Bought them because Costco quit carrying them. They’re so good.
