Worked perfect
Worked perfect. It did exactly what I needed it to do perfectly. The gun store was going to charge me 40 bucks so I paid a few more dollars and now I can charge as many sights as I want.

This is one very helpful tool
I had been trying to install night sights on my Glock 19 and it was near impossible to get it right. After getting it stuck on the slide I decided to get help. After beating the new rear sight off the slide I ordered this tool, wow easy as pie to install with the right gizmo. I did have to file the bottom of the new sight quite a bit to get the sight on 1/2 of the way but the Klola did the rest of the centering and installation, love it. I have several other pistols I want to upgrade and I’m keeping this Klola for life. Very well built and super easy to use.

Not top of the line but works well.
Like the price and build quality.

TERRIBLE
Terrible tool. Damaged my old sights as I was removing them, the sight pusher basically lifted up the left side of the old sights and tore them away from the metal plate that’s at the base of the sights instead of just sliding them off. It lifted and slid them off. The sight pusher does a bad job at keeping the slide in place without causing it to come out of alignment. I used the side screws that bring in the two blocks that come up against the slide to “secure it” which didn’t work properly. The top cylinder that presses down on the slide will also damage & scuff the slide if you don’t put something between them because the plastic end piece on the end of it clearly doesn’t do what it’s suppose to do and protect the surface it makes contact with. This also damaged my brand new metal sights during installation. Marred them on both sides and the small handle on the tool is really uncomfortable to use and hurts the hand when trying to remove or install slides. I added images of my old slides which were rendered completely useless and destroyed. I can no longer use them in the future if I wanted to thanks to this low quality sight pusher. Truly disappointed and unsatisfied. Never again

Excellent tool for Rear Sight Removal
I had recently purchased a Wilson Combat 1911 compact model. Even though my particular pistol is their entry level sidearm (least expensive model) it isn’t something you’d really want to ding it up.Being a lifelong DIY I looked at every available model on EBay and decided this would be the best choice for the pistol, my budget and the eventual outcome I wanted. I will tell you that just about every rear sighton a 1911 has some medium grade lock title on the bottom of the sight and trying to remove it without the proper tool will leave you with a slide that will be pretty ugly looking after some major league pounding with a hammer and using just a punch. I don’t care how good you are the necessary force needed to remove the rear sight correctly cannot be done with just a hammer and punch, period!I took my time just setting up the tool so that the tools sight remover was exactly where it should be when I started the procedure. I removed the two set screws at the top of the sight and began turning the sight removal tool to slide out the rear sight to the right side (looking at the slide from the rear). I had a turn the handle to the point where I honestly thought the slide would break but finally I heard a very loud pop! The rear sight finally broke loose from the lock tite grip and then proceeded to come out without scratching the slide or maring the rear sight. I put in the new sight without even having to sand off any material, if possible try to buy a new rear sight from the pistols manufacturer as they size their sight replacement to fit their own pistols with a minimum of fitting. If you’re going to replace your rear sights on your 1911 this is a tool worth buying even if you only use it once it will have paint for itself.

Not for integrally compensated Sigs.
I like the build quality and I suspect it will work amazing on a Glock, but I purchased it to change the sights on my P365Xmacro and it does not work well for that model. I see people online using a variety of slide inserts for theirs, but I have looked everywhere from Amazon to the manufacturer website however I cannot find any additional inserts for sale anywhere. I will design a set and 3d Print them, and if that works well, I will post the files for free on MakerWorld and Thingiverse.

Great sight tool, do as it says.
First, lube, second screw.Used on Glock 19 first and couldn't have made it easier for the new sights. Now I will say mount it. I did free and it was a little awkward. Next gun (this week) I'm going to have this mounted to my work bench. PAY ATTENTION to the slide of the gun and the tool. I almost scuffed the finish of the slide because I didn't check twice but stopped just in time thanks to a good old doggo. This is built great, heavy, and includes some extra set screws and even the tool for glock front sight screws. Overall very happy I finally didn't cheap out. I recommend you do the same. Worth the few extra bucks.
