Not bad bit it hurts and I can do any flips on it
I just got it it's easy to put on the ceiling my ceiling was short so it was easy and it was exactly what I wanted you can do all kinds of tricks but it isn't quick shipping that is ok though I still give it 5 stars I got it for airel not yoga and it still works amazing
