Great product, can’t wsit to put it to test.

I love this knife for everyday abuse. It’s sturdy, can take abuse, it’s small and lightweight, and an overall great tool. The blade doesn’t come out easily for a lefty and is a bit awkward in a left pocket but overall great for beating on.

Great knife. Compact and robust. Holds an edge and arrived shaving sharp!

Got this to have a nice 3” blade to carry to work and use in the woods. It is very sturdy and has a great blade. I love the feel and lightness of the knife. The lock is great also

Great knife. D2 steel is great, handle is comfortable, great size for EDC, and the knife rockets open. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is closing the knife. Another millimeter of purchase on the frame lock would have been great. Your really have to jam your thumb in between the frame lock and opposite side scale to close the knife.UpdateThough I would give a update after caring the knife for a month. I would still rate it 4 stars. On the plus side the frame lock has worn in a little and is much easier to close. Knife still has zero blade play. I have just been touching up the blade every week or so and its still razor sharp. On the down side I have had to take the knife apart and clean it twice. I do pretty dirty work and it seemed like dirt was getting in between the Teflon washers and the blade somehow causing it to be difficult to open. After the second cleaning I just took the Teflon washers out, leaving only the bronze ones in with a little oil. Been 3 weeks since I did that and haven't had any issues with it gumming up again.

Just like the Rat2 a great knife for the money. Its a shame they're made where they are. I would pay double for a US made version. Great knife.

Pros- long blade, good weight, good thickness- plastic side grippy,- blade resists sideways movement- good finish on blade and metal body- locks to open position securelyCons- gap in frame between handle sides and blade- make sure fully locked as there is a small bump which could make it seem that it was locked- unlocking not intuitive, relies on tension- metal side with clip not as grippy as plastic side so better for right hand use

If you live in NYC, Amazon doesn't give you a lot of options with knives. This one is not too expensive, but made of good materials and has good ergonomics and legal to carry in NYC. Pretty effective for my everyday needs: open boxes, peel my fruits, cut food etc. Easy to open, easy to use, easy to clean, easy to close.
