The crystal ball is very beautiful and I am very happy with it. But that being said, it does not look at all like the pictures. It is not a bright blue like it shows in the pictures. It is a rich dark lake blue-----not like cobalt. The color is not opaque or muddy, but very clear and rich. The ball is heavy and a good quality and smooth.I It is transparent and the light shines into and through the ball, showing off the rich color very nicely. Even though it does not look like the picture I am very happy with it.
