Best on the market
Wide range of quality impressions from 14B to 9H. Long lasting and high quality. This is the second set I purchased as a back up. Sharpens well and lays down lead smoothly.

Very nice pencil set
I got these as a gift for my nephew. He likes to draw a lot and this came with all different sizes of lead pencils. Some for drawing some for shading, so for many different things these pencils are for. I'm very happy with my purchase of the pencils. I have had no problems with the seller and would buy from them again and they are very fast with the shipping.

The reason I purchased this set was for the Price and the 9H pencil
The price is great for these pencils, but I compared them with a set of Staedtler pencils and one 4H Castell pencil. They do not compare equivalently, although there are 24 pencils in this set and has an H-9H number pencils, the 7H in this set is equivalent to the 4H Castell pencil. The 8H and 9H are lighter than the 4H castell pencil, for this I am pleased. On the dark side, the 14B has a very nice black quality which is equivalent to the 8B of the Staedtler pencils. The variance of the 8B-12B is very slight but all of these pencils have a grayish tint. When using the sides of the pencils for filling and gradation some have a bumpy rough feel on the drawing paper. But I did get what wanted and needed. Overall the numbering system on the pencils are darker than what I am used to, but if this is the only set you use, you shouldn't have any problems.

Great value
Incredible value! I've spent an entire semester for a drawing class and have put them to use on my time, and I still haven't gone through one pencil because of how many there are in here. The packing is cheap plastic, but it doesn't matter because the pencils are of great quality. All my pencils aren't broken, even when I've dropped a few. I would recommend this over the expensive 8 pencil packs you see everywhere else.

Everything came much faster than expected . The products came in perfect condition. The clay was soft and that's just how I like it. I've bought other Clay's of similar types but they were much more dense .The only downer was I thought the clay cutting wire was larger , but no big deal. I'm happy with the one I bought here.Great job , Amazon !!

Great for sketching
Great pencils for sketching that I love to do. I have a book for sketching and drawing and needed different pencils. I believe these will be perfect for me. I am in my 70’s and enjoy drawing. They are just what the book says I need.
