Delivery was a mess but the product is perfect
UPS really screwed up the delivery it was a week late and the packaging was a mess, So bad that I didn't want to open it expecting to see damaged but surprisingly it wasnt. Customer service was initially frosty but tehn was really helpful. They have the feel of a small earnest company which I am always happy to support. It took me 45 minutes to assemble. It looks great and does the job that I need it to.

Looking expensive but not
I love this. Easy to put up. Does come in two parts on different days so don't panic like I did thinking omg. Where's the frame !! Remote control I use to turn on and off. No settee jump when hot. Lovely heat. I do have a smallish room . Have a dog moulting. Hope won't effect temperature. Will ask. Pen supplied to hide scratches. I have one tiny mark. Maybe down to me. Pen is a bit naff but have asked for new one and they said no problem. Wonderful service..wonderful fire. Thank you

Really effective fire display
Bought this for an elderly relatives new retirement flat. It was a cold room and needed a centre feature. This really did the job. It has a large display that can be adjusted on brightness. The fake stone looks really good. Overall great value for money and aunt absolutely loves it. Makes the room really cosy and welcoming

Great electric fire with remote control
I bought this for my parents who are over 90 and was worried that they may not be able to use the remote control. However it is very easy to switch on and off and turn the heat up and down. It gives out a lot of heat on the highest setting and my mum likes it as it provides a mantelpiece for her to display her ornaments
