Needs cotton on blue piece above head
My son loves this toy but only problem I have is that the blue thing above his head it’s not stuffed with cotton so it doesn’t stand up like it shows in the picture only reason for a 4 star review

Cute Stuffed Toy
Cute toy for any Poppy Playtime fan, my son loves it. I'm rating 4 stars because the blue piece on top of the head is not stuffed with anything, so it just hangs there.
