My elderly dog has occasional accidents , the last one being a huge accident on the unremovable sofa arm . I tried normal upholstery shampoo twice - literally soaking it each time, plus another dog accident spray several times. Nothing but nothing would shift that awful strong urine smell . It was almost overpowering and caused me to sit in a different chair altogether!! In desperation I ordered this product. Wow!! One spray and immediately the stale wee smell had gone !!! I sprayed once more a few days later just to make sure , and all my sofa smells of now is faint fresh lemon. Brilliant- and such a relief!!!

Really does eliminate stains and smells from carpets, rugs, sofas, beds etc... I had an incontinent dog and this stuff was an absolute blessing!!! No pee smell left behind!!!

Smells lovely but unfortunately didn’t do the trick

I bought this item thinking it would stop my puppy from soiling in the same area but it doesn't. I thought enzymatic spray stopped them from soiling in the same areas so I feel this was quite expensive when it doesn't stop this

smells good easy to use and works.

I have an anxious male cat who does a wee whenever he's stressed. It was an absolute nightmare to deal with especially since he goes to the same spots. No product could fully neutralise the smell, until now!! This cleaner is amazing, I spray it liberally on problem spots and rub it in. I use a strong kitchen towel to absorb or let it dry naturally (either works). Carpet and furnishing no longer smell of cat wee!!

Doesn’t kill the smell. Used an entire bottle and my sensitive nose can still smell. Gone down the industrial route now..
