Review of Pivot6I’ll summarize it for those that don’t like to read a long reviewSummary:THIS FAN IS AWESOME!Put this circulator on in any room in your home and you will feel it from anywhere in the room.ReviewSo it would seem I am the first person to review this fan. Actually when you look this up other places it’s listed as a new release so it makes sense no one has reviewed it yet. I recently discovered Vornado and when I say I love their products because they actually achieve and exceed what they say in description (for the most part) it’s true.I bought this because I tried one of their smaller models and I was very impressed. Learning the difference between circulator and oscillator fans is definitely a rabbit hole I got lost in for about a day checking this company out. But after some checking I decided to go for it.usually when you buy a Vornado fan you get…Quality ✅Quietness ✅Power✅Great warranties ✅Amongst other things….Style & Size:I really love the modern style design of this fan. very much on par with their early history and tribute airplane turbines you get the hybrid of what looks like a jet engine mixed with a sleek finish more akin to a modern European furniture style.Power (airflow)When it comes to power (Airflow). Vornado is unmatched. Because of the technology that they have been developing for so long. The pivot runs quiet. So quiet in fact that on the lower 2 settings of this 4 setting fan you don’t realize a fan is running. And on any of the fan settings you still experience good airflow through out the room it’s placed in. One of the things that makes this company great is they’ve found a way to do this in smaller looking fans. So when you get the pivot it looks on the smaller side but when you turn it on it circulate air up to 70feet and beyond. Perfect for bedrooms living areas in some cases more effective than ceiling fans.Other cool stuff:I’m sure that as I continue to experience the amazingness of Vornado there’s going to be way more that I come to enjoy over time. For the sake of not sounding like a fan boy and as some one who expresses general skepticism when a company says it can do something “revolutionary” I was pleasantly surprised. I was surprised by its quality it’s finish it’s ability to circulate air as efficiently and accurately as it does. I am impressed that on top of all this it comes with a remote (which is definitely a little flimsy, but that’s with just about any fan). Vornado took their time to make something that looks high-end (like something you could add to a nicely furnished living room or office) but it remains light weight. I liked this one so much that I ordered a second one. In addition to keeping your room cool this is also an energy-efficient item. In fact where I live in California the summers get hot and a lot of the older homes near where I stay don’t have air conditioning so fans are essential.ConclusionLong story short in my opinion, you will not regret investing in this Fan. Really most of Vornado’s products (barring the few fan miss-haps I’ve seen in reviews for other specific older models) they are great. They do what they say on their website and In they’re descriptions. In my case even better than what I expected.Ps other random stuff.I didn’t mention about how easy it is to clean because I haven’t had it long but it’s supposed to be an easy process. I didn’t talk much about the remote. I think the remote is a nice quality however like other fans that use this small of a remote the sensor on the fan isn’t the best. Meaning I can’t control it from across the room unless I have a direct line of sight at the front. While the remote works better than most fans you still need to have a good line of sight straight at the front of the fan. Of to the side or behind doesn’t cut it. But the benefits of this fans style and make up far outweighed my issue with remote use. Especially if I put the fan on a table or night stand I can touch the little touch sensor on the top of the fan which works great. This fan I like so much I’m buying a second on

This thing is amazing. It is surpisingly quiet for how much air it blows. At low it is basically silent and still creates a nice breeze. Medium is quietly audible but more powerful than a 'normal' fan. Med-hi isn't too loud but a lot of air and high is for when your AC is broken.It looks awesome in person, and has a streamline moderne-esc aesthetic that will do well in spaces with modern materials.I love that you can tilt it downwards because I set it on a high up surface.The remote is way more useful than I imagined. I have this thing like 20ft away pointed near my desk and can use the remote to adjust it as needed. Really nice feature.I was worried that the remote functionality would mean that it used some wierd brushless motor that has PWM frequency that would annoy my dog but it uses a normal induction motor as far as I can tell, which will be very reliable for years to come.This thing is also cheaper than a lot of the other fans Vornado has in this size, which suprises me because it's really nice. Even the little touches like the cord is a nice flexible rubber.

Great Quality fans. We have had a 2 of these for a couple years, except slightly different model, and they work great. This one is essentially the same, and it is quiet in the lower settings, but it can move a lot of air for the small size.

Pros:-wind force/power is decent. not great, but good for its size.-no smart features. I consider this a pro because it means you can plug it into a smart outlet and integrate it with something like Apple or Google Home and trigger it to run based on your location or any temperature/thermostat sensors you may have.-looks nice, and the photos are very accurate.-air flow is very directional and has a small radius. the spiral shaped vent does its job and really forces the air to move in the direction it's pointed.Cons-not super quiet. fans are often whisper quiet when they're new and get louder over time. this one is a little loud at it's highest setting, a decent volume at medium setting, and fairly quiet at its lowest setting. overall, just slightly louder than I would have expected.-build quality is fine. for a $60 fan the size of a volleyball, I'd expect a little better. it doesn't feel cheap, it just doesn't feel like it's worth $60. if you can catch it on sale for $45, I'd say that's a good price point.

Powerful thrust actually does circulate the air in a room, keeps it nice and cool. The remote works without fail every time. The grill is removable for easy cleaning. Not at all disappointed. Definitely would recommend.

This is perfect, unlike the Vornado fans that have the terrible switch/adjuster knob in the base.

I purchased this fan in July,, a great fan, looks nice,, does a good job, small,, but this past week all of a sudden it quit working,, any product can break,, so it isn't because it is a poor quality,, we have two of them, a white one and green one,,, I called the company, within a few days I had a new fan, unbelievable the customer service,, it was great,, if I needed another small fan,, I would get another one of these,,

It might look nice, but feels much flimsier than the higher-priced fans from the same brand. The motor died after only one year, and I didn’t even use it often! Had it on the highest setting today to circulate air in my apartment, and it suddenly stopped working. There was a slight burning smell coming from the motor.

The fan is a bit loud on high setting. Can feel air from verry far from it.

My 3rd Vornado fan. As usual, great wind flow, very powerful. However, this one has a very low hum that's there no matter the fan speed level. It's a bit annoying if you can hear it or if it bothers you, but otherwise it's a great fan.
