I love Lundberg Organic Salted Caramel Whole Grain Brown Rice Cakes plain, as a go to snack or even for dessert sometimes. The salted caramel flavor is delightful. The calorie count is adequate. The rice cakes are fragile and so can break or crumble, so they have to be treated gently, handle with care.

I've enjoyed these before from a different company. They're wonderful! When I found them on Amazon, it was perfect because I order from Amazon frequently. UNFORTUNATELY, the delivery was trashed. The delivery carton was in pristine condition so I assume these were crushed by Amazon, then packaged up and sent out. What a shame.

They were stale and tasted terrible.I had to get rid of them they were hard to bite and chew. I did purchase some at the grocery store and they were much better.I eat rice cakes all the time. So I know the taste. And the texture. They were stale.

Ignoring the less than perfect shape of the cakes. the question I have is why is it salted? Even though the sale is fairly light, it really ruins the product for me. I'm not even doing much to reduce my salt intake, but this just seems like a totally unnecessary source of salt.

Delicious! Perfect to pair with salty or sweet things! Fried egg and avocado or even peanut butter and jam!
