Not gonna lie I wasn't expecting wat I got when I ordered this counter sink bit but it's well build works great stopper doesn't scratch ur project and it's quick and easy to adjust over all this is one of the best tools I have ordered I highly recommend if ur looking for a good no great counter sink bit

For my pictures I made a quick dowel from cheap pine. It would be nicer from better quality wood.On harder woods it is necessary to use the starter plug provided. (2 are provided actually) If you don't, the bit will dance around causing damage to the surface of your would be plug. The starter plug has a point you can simply insert into the cutter until the cutter starts a hole. Then it just comes right out when you lift off the wood.This is a great way to make plugs out of the same wood you're using on any project. You can match the color and/or grain with a little planing.To me, that's a great thing.It cuts fast and smooth, patience though, can yield batter results.Great tool.

I like how easy it is to set the depth without having to use tools. The biggest flaw is that it does not let you set the countersink depth less than full which is too deep for small screws. Silly design mistake.

Over priced for what you get I thought I was buying two by the way they advertised it.And it’s a different colour to what I thought I was getting. I’ve used better and at a cheaper price
