Probably not. The magnets in them only help hold the holder itself down. The wrenches are free to slide around in them.

Q: Will I be able to hang this on the inside of my hutch on a side wall?

They will hang empty. Magnets aren’t that strong to hold wrenches on the hutch without support

Q: how wide is the full set of 15 slots overall? Or how wide is each individual wrench holder? I'm dealing with 10" wide drawers.

These are an utter waste of money. Mine literally fell part on arrival. Half the plastic bottoms fell off. The magnets are not really strong enough to do the job. So my advice - don't buy something you are going to get and then dump right into the trash. Utterly useless.
