We love these cameras, pictures are awesome and the best part is not going out to pull the cards.

Easy setup. Pictures are great but it may cost you.
I bought this at BassPro so it won't show as a verified purchase.The camera boasts a 20MP image, which is great, but it will cost you. If you want the 20MP image it will cost you $0.05 per image otherwise you get a 2MP image! The subscription pricing is deceptive because it shows you costs based on the number of images captured but in reality it is priced per Megabyte captured. If you have your camera set to the higher resolution images you'll get fewer images for your monthly subscription cost which will increase your monthly fee. The camera itself works great. It has a lot of settings in the app. Pro Tip: Push photos to your device once per day to lower your monthly costs. Night vision works great as does the capture speed. I was able to capture images when temperatures were well below the temperate rating of the camera! I was capturing images when the temperatures were -10°F. Battery life seems to be excellent. I'm still at maximum bars with image captures one week after setting it up. The app works great and is easy to use. It's easy to email images to yourself. Cellular coverage using Verizon in my area is excellent. No issues whatsoever. I just wish they were upfront about being able to receive the 20MP images without an additional cost!

Excellent value
Excellent value for a cellular camera. $5 data plan a month for 1000 pictures. I paired this with an Omni directional antenna and it’s been flawless in a low signal remote location.

2 of these Didn’t work. No support.
I thought I had finally found a cellular camera that would be a good solution. Unfortunately, this camera seems to only take photos when I go by it, and even then only sometimes. I’ve spent over two hours on hold over multiple calls over the past two weeks, sent multiple emails, a Facebook message, a Facebook comment, and event tried getting a hold of their parent company. Nobody ever picked up (30 minutes on hold multiple times) on the support number. The parent co menu options both just hang up on you. Emails go unanswered. I need to send this one back but would love to talk to support first to make sure it’s not user error…but they won’t answer.

Camera works ok but manufacture support is horrible
The camera works. I regret buying this camera and will not buy another camera due to the manufacture lack of support. This is cellular camera so you are billed monthly or yearly. I have a problem with an overcharge. I have called their 800 number 5 times and have been on hold over an hour each time. Tried their email support several times and never received a response. Due to the billing issue. I had to stop using the camera. Now I have an expensive paper weight. My issue could probably be solved if I could get a person on the phone. This camera uses the stealthcam app which is sketchy at best and no support at all for the app.

Camera quit working after 2 months.
Picture quality was great. Bought 2 of these 7/2/2022. One of them quit syncing or sending reports on 9/7/2022. Called support, was on hold 1 hour 12 minutes. They never answered. Sent email. They never answered. That camera is junk. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SUPPORT.

Worse customer support on the planet
The camera itself is decent but when I suspected they were overcharging me on data wireless use I couldn't get in touch with Customer Support. I called several times using different 800 numbers. One wait time was over 60 minutes. Twice I was prompted to leave my phone number for someone could get back with me. Never happened. I sent emails. I finally heard back via email when I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I believe they have a software glitch with their cloud storage. Photos that I erased via the Erase feature on the Stealth Cam Command Pro app reappeared in my photo cache. I then removed the SD card and deleted photos. A large number of those reappeared in my cache reappeared again. This is why I believe they were overcharging me for data uploads for photos. I still can't get them to contact me as promised. Until they say they had, and fixed, this software bug I will not trust the wireless feature of this camera.

it dont work,iv dealt with muddy customer service,they cant do nothing. lotts of people have issues.im sending it back and going with a different brand
