Seche Seche ultra-v uv top coat .5 Ounce ., 0.5 Fl Ounce

I was so happy to buy this. I really love Gel manicures, and I wanted to start a Gel nail polish collection. I soon realized how expensive that was going to be. I already had a collection of regular nail polish colors I just couldn't part with. I wanted to be able to dry my nails under my UV light, and not worry about nicking my nails or smudging them on anything. However, this is only possible with Gel polish. I did try to use my regular polish and dry them under the light, but that did not work. The polish still came out tacky no matter how long I left them under the light. After research I realized that the regular nail polish was not going to dry any faster under a light, because of the chemicals it was made out of. I was beginning to think that I would have to switch to all Gel polish in order for the UV light to work they way I wanted it to (no nicking or smudging immediately after use). Then I found this product. I used my regular base coat, regular color coat, and then the UV activated top coat, then dry under the light. It worked perfectly! My nails we dry and the polish was hardened. There was no chance of the polish smudging or getting nicked on anything. This really came in handy when polishing my 4 year old daughters nails and toes too. When it came time for removal, it was very easy compared to Gel polish having to be soaked off. I read some reviews that the polish was too thin or didn't last as long. But my polish was the same consistency as regular nail polish, and lasted just as long. It was actually more shiny and glossy looking than a regular top coat. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to use a UV topcoat with regular polish. Note: If you use a regular color coat and put a "Gel" topcoat over it, the topcoat tends to crack. This is because the Gel and regular polish are made of different things. This product did not do that with my manicures.

Just the same as the Seche Vitae fast dry top coat, this performs beautifully. A nice consistency. I use this to cure false nails that are not gel nor acrylics. I use regular nail polishes, when I am done, a coat of this and under the UV light. The nails are fantastic, completely dry and very shiny. Don't hesitate if you have a UV light. If I intend to decorate my nails, I will add the additional touches and use Seche Vitae (not Seche Ultra-V) to secure the changes, additional UV light time is not necessary. Very flexible.

I love this and wish I’d come across it sooner. Used an LED light and my polish was hard in 60 seconds (but just to be safe I put my hand back in for another minute or two). There is a strong chemical smell (like raid spray) but it dissipates after nails cure. My last manicure lasted for 7 days and that was because I got tired of the color and changed my polish. No chips! I wash my hands a lot at work and use a lot of hand sanitizer and nails still we’re shiny.

I work in a resort spa & have clients that don't want to wait around for polish to dry. I bought this in hopes of limiting the smudges that happen on a regular basis.The main point is that it works in my LED light, but it still takes 3 mins per hand/foot as per the UV instructions (unlike gel polish that cures faster in an LED) & even after the 3 mins in the light it takes the big toe/thumbnails an additional 3-5 mins to be completely set. Compared to an hour minimum for dry time, I'll take it!The only other thing to note is the strong odor it has; I like how it smells, but I can see how others might not.Never had it ignite on myself or a client so I think as long as you're not playing with fire right after you do your nails you'll be good to go.

Only top coat I use unless I am using gel.

I always have used the quick dry Seche Vite top coat. It’s a great product but this one is horrible. The instructions say to cure it for 3 minutes which is way longer than when I cure my regular gel nails. After I did it for 3 minutes it was still not dry so I did it for another 3 minutes and it was still a little tacky. Six minutes is way too long to have your hands under a gel lamp. Also it has zero shine. So now I have to use a shiny top coat. I’m so disappointed in this product.

I was skeptical about this topcoat. But curiosity made me purchase it. I have only used it on my toes because I use gel polish on my nails. But it really helps dry your polish underneath it. You have to use a light to get the quick dry benefits. I use 18G LED light and cured it for 60 seconds. My polish was dry to touch. But it was also dry enough that I was able to put socks on and not ruin my polish. I am amazed! I had no cracking or chipping. It removed with nail polish remover easily. I will keep this in my bag of tricks.

Confused... this is in the black ultra V packaging but it doesn’t cure under the light... it even has the paper instructions. Testing it with one hand having regular seche vite, and the other with this one, it does feel gel-like when it dries, but it dries like normal. I think it’s seche vive (the gel-like normal topcoat) that’s been repackaged.

A mi personalmente con mis esmaltes no me ha servido para nada. Mis esmaltes son variados de kiko de mercadona de los chinos...y no me ha funcionado ninguno. Se crea una capa como si echaras un brillo normal por encima pero dura menos y sale la uña entera.

J'adore ce produit. Il sèche super vite. Par contre j'ai vu sur les commentaires que les personnes le passer sous lampe UV ... Il n'ai vraiment pas nécessaire de le mettre sous UV, il sèche comme un top coat basique.

No me gusta. La primera capa que te das encima de la pintura, no se extiende bien. Si das otra capa ya va mejor. Pero la pintura no me ha durado nada

If you are looking for the "UV cured top coat" this is NOT it. I love the Seche-V light cured top coast and do love this top coat as well but it is NOT what is says it is in the description. This is a regular top coat. The UV top coast comes in a black bottle (shown) and the product you receive is regular clear top coat is a clear glass bottle. Upset I did not get the top coat advertised :( I guess I wont run out of regular top for a while now.
