Super light weight and seems strong through lots of transfers/handling. Wheels operated smoothly even over some old cobblestone areas.The surface is bumpy, so it does kind of catch grime but overall happy with performance for week-long international travel.

We purchased two of these suitcases and regret it deeply! Despite buying several brands, we chose this one for its seemingly strong nylon straps on one side, but the design fails miserably on the other side—the zippered flap. The zippers are an absolute disaster: they are flimsy, unreliable, and constantly need to be fiddled with just to get them to close. Even when you manage to zip them, they often come undone, turning a simple task into a frustrating, time-consuming ordeal. What should take seconds ends up taking minutes of endless struggling. After just one trip, we got rid of them, and the person we gave them to couldn’t even stand them—they asked if they could give them away too! This suitcase is a perfect example of terrible design; avoid at all costs!

This Skyway luggage is well made and will stand up to airline baggage handling. They are easy to use and very maneuverable. I have all 3 pieces: 27”, 24”, and 20” and all are perfect for traveling.

I really liked this luggage when I first bought it but the telescopic handle broke the second time I used the luggage. Luckily, it broke at the end of my trip and not the beginning because I’m not sure how I would’ve been able to check my bag with the telescoping handle, stuck out and broken. It took a month to get a response back from Ricardo about my warranty. They are sending a handle and I have to fix it myself. I won’t be buying any Ricardo luggage again.

We Really love the medium size 24-inch! We bought our first pieces in this series in JCPenney store, and then ordered more pieces directly from Skyway website. Adding more pieces to our collection - we are a family of 5, and travel 8-10 times yearly. We have not been disappointed by our Skyway hardside luggage.
