Holy….doo dooThis product definitely works!If you have IBS – C This is definitely the product for you! If you have IBS – C and no gallbladder, be very, very careful! I’ve found that taking four of these will definitely clean you out, almost as well as a colonoscopy prep! With that being said, I don’t give up after one or two tries and definitely give your body a chance to tell you how many capsules you need. You probably won’t need four of them.After taking four of these a few times, I wondered why I had to drink that nasty crap for a colonoscopy prep! If I were to take four of these two or three days in a row, I’m sure I would get better results! This stuff is absolutely incredible! I’m quite thankful I was never away from home after taking four of these! I would never take four and get in my car for anything! If you have constipation issues, here’s your miracle!

It seems to work. It also gives ya the poops.

this is a good detox formula. I have been using it as 1 pill a day so to not shock my system. Though the pills are on the bigger size they are not that hard to swallow. Of course they help you go to the bathroom but that is part of how most detox products work

Don't know if this is supposed to cause diarrhea, it doesn't say so in the description, but it causes lower intestinal cramps, gas, and diarrhea for me. I took them for a couple of days right when I got them a few months ago, and got the mentioned symptoms, so I stopped taking them. Fast forward to now(3 months later), I thought I'd try them again, same thing happened, lower intestinal cramps, gas, and diarrhea. Everybody is different, so they may work for you, but just giving you a heads-up.

The Vela Cleanse Detox and Repair and is designed to assist with complete detoxification. I was not fully prepared for how effective this supplement is. I recommend taking 2 capsules at a time until you know if your body can handle 4 at once. I ended up needing to use the restroom in the night and many times throughout the day on my second day of taking the pills. I eat healthily and have an active lifestyle. I periodically detox and was surprised at how effective this was. I am in good shape but even so, I have lost several pounds simply due to detoxing. I did get cramps on one occasion with this and sudden urgency. I do recommend some care in taking the capsules as they also seem to build and then suddenly create a sense of urgency.

3/1/2023This completely flushed me out! I had to go to the bathroom like 2-3 times over the course of 30 mins (maybe I just needed to stay in the bathroom lol) I just took 3 pills right before bed and I was cleaned out around 8am the next morning. Just drink a bunch of water before AND after you take these pills for a smooth transitionUPDATE: 11/25/2023I took around 10p-11p and started cramping a bit around 7am (but I was too tired to get up lol. Trying to just go to the bathroom ONCE this time) went to poop around 8:30a for a better time reference. I did have to go again around 9:00a. Drank a bout a bottle of water before I took it and a bottle after. Came out smooth again!

Works very well so far for me. Hoping it will continue to work as well as it has the first couple times. Some of these work great first few times then not so well after that. Or at least that's been my experience with them. Hoping this one is one the ones that continues to work for me.
