I have had this chiller for 2 years and it is so much more quiet than the other one I have. Would buy over and over.

I RECEIVED THIS A DAY EARLIER THAN PROMISED. I GOT IT INSTALLED THE NEXT DAY. MANY REVIEWS STATE THAT IT IS REALLY NOISEY. IT IS NOT IN FACT THEY COMPARE IT TO A REFRIGERATOR. MY FRIG MAKES MORE NOISE THAN THIS CHILLER.I HAVE A 90g SALTWATER AQUARIUM AND IT IS VERY ACCURATE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CHILLER.

First ... this shipped well. Packaging well protected and in good condition. Also, it installed easily and even came with its own 'maxi-jet' style pump and hose. It wasn't too hard to figure out the temp controls and I like the digital display. I have had many chillers over the years. Thats all i can say that was good ... as now that it's been running for several days (10) i can say for certain; This is the noisiest chiller i have ever heard. It rattles a lot when cooling water and even when it's not it still makes a lot of 'running' noises. Maybe i was spoiled with better chillers in the past, but just be aware - it's not quite.

Ran it overnight, about 14 hours total in 62 degree weather and won't go below 66? Wow, that a piece of trash! Returning it.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to install. Just keep it up for at least 3 hours so it can settle. Follow instructions and you’re golden. You’ll love it!

product arrived quickly but the two bulkhead nuts on the top that keep the return nozzles fixed to the top of the machine were cracked in half so they wouldnt work. i tried to reach out for replacement parts but they only offer a refund, not even replacement for the unit itself. anyways ill have to dismantle it and take it to a hardware or aquarium store to see if i can find the proper fittings. hope it works after all that.

I was able to hit 55F in a 5 gallon bucket. Will be using this chiller for a 20 gallon tank. I think it can go lower but currently it's enough for my newt/salamander requirement. The machine runs pretty quiet.The original chiller shipping box should have extra corner foam cushion. My machine back corner was a little ding/dented from shipping.

Product is exactly what it was described as. Works great and in Arizona you really need a chiller for your aquariums. Would buy again if I set up an additional tank!

I bought this for a project I've yet to finish so I tested it on a much larger system. It did a fantastic job cooling that system so I have the utmost confidence that it'll handle the project it's intended for. Since everyone is commenting on the noise, I found it to be no louder than any other chiller I've used.

I liked that it came with everything needed. Keeps my tank at a steady temperature for my axolotls. I have a 60 gal breeder tank and there is zero issues keeping it at 63 degree F.

Cheapest product for Icebath.Most brand are selling this product, but 300-500$ more expensive because they simply but a sticker on it.Amazing!!
