I wanted this to be a dupe for my vitamin c eye cream I have, it unfortunately is not. It doesn't absorb into the skin. It just sits on top so it's not good under make up. It would be ok for night time.

I did the unboxing and my wife tested it, our conclusion is positive because this eye cream it's a good quality, nicely packed and very budget friendly compared to brand name similar products and hade non desired ingredients.
