I love this and it’s beautiful. But I’m not quite sure what the deal is with the hole in the wax cup. I have probably about 100+ warmers and I’ve never seen that before. At first I thought it clicked into something on the warmer to keep it in place and I read thru the directions (which I normally don’t do, but wanted to make sure before posting a review) and I found nothing about it. It is, however, shown in the images of you look closely. It’s very nice and I’ll still use it daily, but that hole is really bothering me.

I have a plugin wax warmer that I used to use, but it gets messy when you try to move it around. This one is wonderful and it seems to actually heat up quicker than my plugin. It is a bit larger than it seems from the pictures, but it is perfect. It comes with a set of cinnamon and after only being on about 20 minutes, my entire bathroom and hallway smell fragrant. I don't usually review products this quickly, but I was impressed. I also though it was white for some reason, but now looking at the picture again, I see my eyes were playing tricks on me. Its a nice beige color and I think I actually prefer it to the plain white I thought it was initially.

Works great

I bought this for my office at work, it worked great for about two weeks, then all of a sudden I shut it off to go home one day, and it won’t turn back on no matter what outlet I try and the bulb was still working fine when I turned it off , not to mention the light bulb isn’t a standard bulb that’s easy to go pick up at a hardware store. Save yourself the hassle and wait time of ordering this and just go to Walmart to buy one of theirs.
