This is a great plaque. Very attractive and well made. I disliked that no string or wire was included nor were there any hooks for me to attach a string or wire to. Otherwise, I really like the plaque.

Looked great and shipped very fast. Was super happy with the smallest board size and font. It was readable and I had someone decorate beyond for a contrast in time for the party (~3 days to arrive standard shipping). Thankful.

The engraving is ok, smaller than I expected. Most disappointed in the attached string. It broke almost immediately as I hung it on a nail.

Punctuation missing and wording poorly done. On the second row the word Different was broken up into three parts for some reason and is an unreadable piece of garbage. Sent 2 contacts after. Zero response. Now in the in garbage where it belongs.

I ordered this with a quote from a song that was special to my late father and his wife, for a Christmas gift for her after he passed. Great gift.

I ordered a customized sign for my wedding and accidentally left out a word so it didn't make sense. The company responded very promptly and even though it was my error, they made me another sign with the correct words on it for no charge. Sign is great quality also !

I love how customizable this is, so many good. choices. It was a great gift for one of my students. The only thing that would give it a 5 star rating would be the back be finished as well. When I ordered mine the front was perfect, but the back was plain unfinished plywood. Thankfully I had some leftover contact paper I put on the back to prevent splinters. I guess you could use paint to, but I'd be afraid I'd ruin the front. If both sides had the same finish you choose, it would be absolutely perfect with a great feel...just some food for thought
