only a fool doesn’t like gator drool.
I have begun harassing Mr. Cracker to sell this in larger containers. this stuff is special, I use it with just about every meal. it’s not very hot. The smoked character of the jalapeños really comes through.

The flavor is great but almost no spice level to it
As most green hot sauces, this had no heat level to it but the flavor was quite good. If you leave it in your fridge too long it will separate though.
