I had two fears - First, of the quality of body material, and Second, obviously the serviceability and functioning. Here are my fears coming true:1. The Bin had unprofessional packing which would fool the customers with its layers, as all are soft. The material of the Bin body is pedestrian and the finish is sadly below average. The Bin was DAMAGED with two compressions bends in the body, and they are Permanent. Even a coke or beer can when pressed would return to its original form. But for the price of Rs 4350, this deserves condemning as it brings disrepute to our efforts of "Make In India"". IS This COMPANY eCOMMERCE a Manufacturer, selling imported goods? Perhaps one needs to INQUIRE with the Ministry and also get a cost evaluation done. I estimate its cost no more than Rs 750.2. This runs on electric Battery and needs 2 x C Battery. One cant check on its functioning unless Batteries are installed. This company and seller are basking under eCommerce name selling such Poor Quality and Cheaply made Touchless Bin. My second fear is yet to be allayed and can only be confirmed once batteries are installed.This must go back right away, but I would like to see its serviceability, functioning and its ability to match up to a Rs 4350-PLUS price tag in a deal for a Rs 8000 MRP.The company and the Seller are not reading the reviews. Most of these Stainless Steel bins are being reported as minor or severe damage. Looking at the quality of the material below average and pedestrian, at least the shipping ought to be in a hard-shell with soft packing and marked Fragile. However, I must state that even if marked Fragile, in routine handling, this bin is likely to get damaged and dented.I am not recommending this imported and poorly re-packaged cheap quality bin being sold under the "Manufactured"as Indian item and sold with a huge price tag. The one part that matches with information given on the product page is its Weight, which IS 1510 grams. While this was hard believe it would be a 12 ltr trash can, after receiving and seeing it, the gauge of the body is flimsy and leaves doubts if it were stainless steel. Hard to trust this manufacturer and the seller who too has cut corners with unprofessional packing.Imagine someone selling a small electronic circuit with a sheet of metal that holds 12 ltrs volume and weighs only 1510 grams under the guise of stainless steel, charges you Rs 4000 Plus and still does not ensure safe delivery, a set of batteries and some well sized font for its Manual which also a sham. The Manual provided is for the 3-door bin. What a careless approach to the customers/ buyers from whom the manufacturer/ seller earn their living?Now for the operations of the Bin. Frankly, it is working, but leaves my heart sink at its possible surrender to functionality. It is neither a comfort level at retaining it, nor a pleasure to have bought this. There was an urgent need for some bins re-working at home to be able to be friendly to kids, very senior citizens and those students and ones like me, who are in a habit of using bins and must have at least one, if not two in every room and outdoor enclosures. As we dont always leave clearing of bins and garbage bag replacement, we found some bins needed change, while some had to get specific. This one goes to the Seniors washroom, adding to the existing ones. The ones seen overseas are definitely inspiring more confidence and in one case, bang for the buck. The quality finish, its flimsy design and material, its poor sensor, restricts this 12 ltr to approach while on a wheel-chair, or office/ study chair, or the thrones. I would add a stupid and foolish luxury of using this bin to eat roasted peanuts with their shells especially while sitting out in the sun in winters up north, or by the fire place enjoying some chicken lolly-pops.This has been an experiment at Rs 4350 and I only hope it wont be a failure.

It's fantastic but pricy no complaints can't find any thing better than this

Dustbin looks good. The most important part is the after sale service, a little slow but effective.
