Although I’ve purchased this same items four times, this last particular order, I only received 19 boxes, but did get the full 20 inserts. Bummer!

Love the box and set up is easy. My only issue is that the tray bows up in the middle causing damage to the standard size cupcakes. Frosting is scraped or lifted off and difficult to get cupcakes out of box as they are stuck to tray. Taping underneath the middle of the tray helped keep the tray down but adds extra step and time to my process.

Got these boxes to sell my cupcakes in, overall okay boxes not super sturdy but good enough for the price my main issue with them has been random black spots all over the white boxes like ink smudges that won’t come off, plus some of them are missing plastic windows so you end up loosing 3-4 boxes each time you order

Box is ok. But its inserts are the worst I have ever used.

A little on the thin side and you gotta fold it yourself. I’m soo upset I bought two packs too. The only reason I considered it was because the cup cake dividers don’t need to be folded. It’s also hard to close when folded.

The liner didn’t even fit correctly and popped up so high on the cupcakes. Had to cut liner to adjust. Horrible!

Boxes are easy to assemble but really flimsy and not worth the price.
