Q: Is the length of this roll of wire rope adequate

The footage from Steel DN Mate is sufficient, my order is 550FT. Anyway, I have another roll from other seller, cheaper price, but I got 50 feet short. You get what you pay for.

Q: What is the Max span recommended between the 2 support posts ?

Max 4 feet. It may be loose if you go with Larger span.

Q: What is the smallest allowable bending radius for the steel rope?

Not sure about the angle, maybe about 100 degrees. We life up a shelf in the garage, no break, no issue till now,2 years.

Q: is the cable bare or vinyl coated?

It is vinyl coated. Used for the right application, it’s great wire. Strong and silent if you go thru swivel blocks.
