UPDATE 9-8-22: The company was willing to send me a brand new spice rack to replace the defective one. It arrived in a few days. Kitsure has great customer service!--------------------Original Review: I got two of the spice racks. The first unit was fine, but the second unit was defective!•The sliding rails on the defective unit were not in parallel, so it was impossible for the rack to slide out once installed. Make sure you check your unit for parallel rails before you attempt to install.•Installation requires screwing/drilling holes into the shelf with a power drill. If you're not comfortable doing that then I recommend some other method of fastening it down. Just make sure it holds the spice rack firmly when it's loaded with items and pulled out.•The installation instruction pictures don't match the actual product I got, so the holes they said to screw into were not the ones I used. They give you 6 wood screws but only mention 4 holes to be screwed into. I guess extras are nice in case you lose some.•I recommend a stepping stool or short ladder for upper cabinetry, because it's really hard to drill holes in the right place if you're a shorter person.

Update--They sent me an AWESOME dish-drying rack to make up for the troubles with the spice rack. I still say the spice rack is difficult to install and I do hope they've improved the design. In the meantime, I have to say that the design of the dish rack is genius. Get one for yourself!That the base sits close to the sliding drawer. If you have ANY lip on your cabinet, there will not be enough clearance for the drawer to slide out. We have no perceivable lip on the cabinets. At least not perceivable until we tried to install this. Also--the screws are very very short and it's pretty tricky to get the base in the correct position.

I feel like I’ve waited my whole adult life to do this and it makes me smile every time I open the cupboard!!! I was able to drill the four tiny screws in and install this on my own. The rails slide easily and I ordered one set of two and a single unit as I needed three total for 60 spice jars. I did use different labels for the jars just as personal preference. I’m in love!

Had a slight issue with the first spice rack I received. Due to a delay in my kitchen remodel I didn't realize the issue until the Amazon return window had closed. I contacted the company using the support email provided with the product and received a prompt response. Support was super helpful and I received a replacement product very quickly. No issues with the replacement product and found the rack very easy to install. Product works as advertised, and the top rack is well supported. I would confidently buy from this company again knowing that they stand behind their products.

I really like it but have to cut it down as have fixed shelves

I used this to hold medicine bottles, and for that it works just great. The only problem I see with this is that it pulls out and you still can't read all your labels to find what you're looking for. If you have labels or some other identifying value to tell what you've got in there fine. For a short person, it's a little awkward. And, as usual, the top shelf won't hold anything standing up except for very short containers. Functionally, I give this a pass even though, in the right circumstances, it could be quite helpful.

Put three side by side in an upper cabinet and reclaimed 3 whole shelves of what used to be risers and lazy Susans. Love how easy it was to install and the newfound space it affords.

Just what I was looking for. I bought only one to see how sturdy, etc.. it was. Now I will buy another as they both will fit on the same shelf. Actually three will fit on the same shelf but my other half said he wanted room on the sides. Win, win.
