These connectors are a game changer for electrical wiring
I've been using these Wago for several years now and I have never had an issue with a wire coming out or being disconnected ever. I have used them with 22 gauge in one side and 12 gauge on the other and they work great. I really like to use them when wiring multiple wires from a main feed. I hate trying to use a wire nut to tie more then one set of wires together. It seems like there is always one wire that you can pull out or it falls out on it's own when wiring in a light fixture. These connectors have individual place to connect each wire the same connector. They make Wago connectors in a 2 wire, 3 wire or 5 wire connectors. Life is great when using these for wiring in difficult places or overhead. I don't know what else to say, but I use these for all of my electrical connections. Yes, they my cost a little more, but I've never had a problem making and keeping a connections. They are faster, easier and more reliable than a standard wiring nut.

Phenomenal improvement over regular wire nuts!
6/24/17 update - Still the best wire nut replacement made. The wide levers are easy to activate and they lock down solidly. The best connector I have eve seen for joining braided and solid wire and wires of differing sizes. I've used my first 100 and have not had a failure. Wire nuts pop off all the time, not the WAGO lever nuts!My late father was an electrical engineer and when I was a kid, we worked weekends wiring garages and additions for friends and neighbors. He taught me how to wire and we went through a ton of wire nuts and told me to only buy UL rated metal insert wire nuts and showed me the tricks to twisting wires and wire nuts tight with lineman pliers. He would have really liked these Wago Lever-Nuts which are simply a great innovation for folks who want to make sure they have a solid wire connection in seconds with none of the screwing around required with standard wire nuts. These won't replace wire nuts for a pro electrician due to cost but they rock for weekend project use.I just bought 100 of these from Amazon 15 minutes ago after using another model of the Wago Lever-Nuts (the 222's) supplied in a Ring Pro camera kit. I've used Wago push in connectors in the past and they are OK but limited because they are hard to take apart and remove wires. The Lever-Nuts are an awesome improvement and the Wago 221's are a BIG improvement over the older Wago 222's for multiple reasons - wider levers and clear plastic being two major benefits..As I just mentioned, the levers on these 221's are a LOT wider than the levers on the 222's which is good because the smaller 222 levers are tough to grab and they can snap back hard. I nearly lost a fingernail due to a direct hit from a 222 lever popping back quickly. Man those little levers on the 222's pack a wallop when you don't get them locked in the open position.Pro:- Incredibly solid grip on wires, even when the wire sizes vary widely- Reusable - just lift the levers and remove- FAR better than wire nuts for different sized wires. When I have a 12 gauge solid wire and an 18 gauge stranded lamp wire, I typically solder them and then screw on a wire nut, a real pain and completely passe now with these 221 Lever Nuts- CLEAR - you can visually confirm your connectionCon:- Price - a LOT more expensive than wire nuts but I KNOW I have an unbreakable wire connection with the Wago 222 Lever-Nuts.I really like this product and it's rare when something this revolutionary comes along and is such a large leap over the current technology.

Great product, makes my job so much easier and cleaner.
I have used these in so many of my wiring jobs when repairing RV's and they really have made my life so much easier. My jobs are cleaner, safer and customers love how clean the end result looks. I will continue to order these often and would highly recommend. The price is fantastic, I tend to conduct a lot of research when buying for my business, the quality is stellar and the shipping was on point.

I'm just a fan of good high-quality hardware
To start, I didn't receive these free for review- I paid for these out of my own pocket and have no connection with the manufacturer of WAGOs or any of their affiliates. I'll be copying and pasting this review on the other sized WAGO connector pages - just so you know I'm not a bot or a shill. I'm just a fan of good high-quality hardware.I ordered two-, three-, and five-conductor WAGO connectors and have been using them extensively around the house and for work projects. Super easy to use, I don't have to remember which color nut goes with which AWG, and most importantly, in addition to giving a good, solid connection, they pack very nicely in switch/junction boxes. I hate fighting with wire nuts, trying to fit them into junction boxes, especially since a lot of the newer electronic switches are a lot bigger than the old toggle switches. They also make removing and replacing wires a cinch.A lot of U.S. electricians poo-poo these connectors, equating them to other less-reliable push-in connectors or using the back-stab slots on switches. I'm not an electrician, but over 20+ years I've had a lot of electrical/electronic training, done a lot of electrical/electronic work personally and professionally, and am very familiar with the National Electrical Code and National Fire Codes and I feel confident I can identify a safe, reliable connection. Plus, I don't want my house to burn down. These are UL, ABS, and CSA listed and meet NEC requirements. I've also handled safety and use certifications for electronics in the E.U. and in Australia/New Zealand. Their testing and standards are much more stringent than ours and WAGOs have been certified and in use in both areas for years. Two cautions:1) Make sure the locking lever is fully seated and visually check to ensure the wire is properly seated. The casing is clear and wires are visible, and connection can be verified with a multimeter using the little probe ports.2) There are a lot of knock-offs showing up on eBay and various other venues - make sure you're getting genuine WAGOs and not fakes.
