It is not difficult to operate.
I've made sausages with the sausage stuffer a few times, it is not difficult to operate. Due to made of stainless steel, easy to clean.

Good material
I searched for a jerky gun on Amazon and after going through reviews of quite a few different jerky guns, I decided to take the risk and get this jerkey gun with absolutely no review. The best seller or a lot of reviews jerky guns on Amazon have many people complaining about its durability which I think it makes sense because the main body (the longest part where meat stores) of those guns are cheap material like plastic and such. This one has it all in stainless steel so no matter how much pressure I push on the gun to make those jerky strips, the main body doesn't "explode" at all. I appreciate all the parts it comes with. The different tips give me option to have jerky in different shape or even to make sausage (which I haven't tried yet but I do plan to try it on making lapcheong). Cleaning is quite easy for me since I use spray (like shower head) to spray all the sticky meat pieces out. I am so glad I went with my gut and picked this jerky gun instead of following the major numbers.
