Good and sturdy so far. The cover is brittle and kinda cheap material but overall it seems to be good. The instructions to put together kinda lacks any real instructions but I had put one like this together before so it wasn’t that difficult. I would buy it again if I needed one.

If you dont understand dimensions, it's miniature!!! But it still works. Perfect space saving for me in the area I needed. Not the easiest to put together but I bought 2 so the second time around went a lot faster. The materials are not the best quality but its sturdy enough for all my shoes and I'm happy with the end result. Its super light weight and easy to move around. Would recommend if you're looking for something small to organize your shoes.

According to the installation steps I received with my product, I am required to fight somebody just to put my shoe rack together? Luckily I was able to put it together before anyone walked by.Ok so I legitimately wasn't expecting Jesus-level carpenter craftsmanship for this price lol, which means my expectations weren't astronomical and therefore I am happy about my shoe rack. It does what I need it to do. The instructions are terrible but the parts just fit together like simple puzzle pieces and it's really easy to figure out. It's extremely lightweight, and likely won't handle a lot of wear and tear. The fabric portions where you place the shoes on top of sag a bit, so if you have heels they may not be as stable over time. It's a bit shorter than what it appears to be in the pics (it's about 3.5 feet high), so taller people may be annoyed but I'm only 5'3" so that's kind of what I was looking for. The drape also comes a bit wrinkly but that did not bother me at all.Overall, I didn't want to pay a ton of money just for a place to put my shoes, so I like what I have and it works.

I had this out on the porch just over a month and the material disintegrated! The installation instructions were so vague that it was a good thing I was able to figure it out myself by trial and error. Now that the cover is damaged, the next will be the shelfing which will also disintegrate! MKTG 101 "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten."

Ordered this and put it together easily, until I got to the top Missing a shelf (fabric material). Notified the seller and they sent me a new one free. That one also was missing a shelf. Made it work tho. They are super light so I wouldn’t advise putting anything heavy on them. I only use it for my light crafting items. It’s nice that it zips up to hide my stuff!

Well fit in the small space and accommodate shoes for a mid size family.

The storage rack took about an hour and a half to put together, but I was picky and made sure all the same type plastic connectors were oriented the same direction to ensure the height / width would be as even as possible between levels.Others have mentioned missing parts, but mine actually came with an extra pipe and two extra plastic connectors.Some of the pipes have semi-sharp ends, so don't push on the ends with your bare hands.None of the pipes bent or flexed, and I had to push reasonably hard to fit them fully into some connectors, so I'm confident in their durability.It is extremely light and easy to move.The front flaps were strangely sewn to the bottom of the cover at the ends, so I had to cut the threads in order to unzip the flaps to roll them up.When I was done, it sat level and regular shaped, so judging from other reviews that's about as good as it gets. I was curious how well the fabric "shelves" would hold, but they don't seem to bow or sag, even when fully loaded.When putting this together, keep in mind the more fully seated the pipes are in their connectors the stronger the whole unit with be when you are finished. If you cannot fully insert a pipe, try heating the connector with a hairdryer first.(I have added a picture of the instructions for anyone whose instructions go missing)

Was a little complicated to put together and was missing a piece. They did say we could send it back for an exchange but at that point, we'd gotten through the worst of it!It was very helpful in keeping all my shoes out of sight and in one place. It did rip and start falling apart at about the 1 year mark but as expected with the price point. Not to mention, we got a cat and she loved sleeping in the dark cubbies which didn't help matters.Served it's purpose for the time needed.
