More Cover Up!
I find this book very odd, Jerry claims that James Earl could never have shot MLK and then goes on to make his whole family out to be gangster thugs. One part I noticed was not in the book about Jerry is that he shot Don Black of Stormfront in the chest with a hollow point in 1970 and Don Black lived (he was 16 at the time). All of this crap, Stormfront, Jerry and his brother James Earl Ray is all cover up from the real assassin that killed MLK, most likely the Mossad ( the same people who knocked off Kennedy and the only ones who could get away with it with their complete control of the media).

The Life of Jimmy
Very interesting to learn about the upbringing and early years of Jimmy (James Earl). Even if he was innocent, this is a classic example of the consequences of actions. Great read.

"Engaging"
I just finished reading A Memoir of Injustice, one word my dearest "engaging". That is a huge compliment coming from an anxious dyslexic reader. I loved Jerry Ray funny naïveté stories. The weaving of his words and yours brought about a demure Jerry Ray, never a boastful misfit. I learned many head scratching yet mesmerizing Midwest Americana tidbits about the wrong side of the tracks. Talk about bringing the region to life, Awe-inspiring work, I am happy to have met you, Tamara Carter. Your spitfire approach for Liberty, Equality and Justice is refreshing. I believe, beyond doubt Jimmy is innocent.

This little book shines a big, bright light of truth on a dark and "officially" misrepresented historical event!
I just finished reading this! It is a light, quick and very enlightening read. Thank you so much for putting his memory of events and viewpoint out into the public record. It exudes a simple and direct honesty and passion about the injustices inflicted on Jerry's certainly framed brother. I highly recommend and endorse this book. It exposes the lengths that the corrupted Justice system will go to protect itself, even after outrageous and obvious revelations of facts show that an unbelievable injustice was done and never addressed later, even when it could be easily proven that James Earl Ray was innocent. The extent to which the authorities in Memphis doggedly prevented further investigation (or a real trial) is one of history's most colossal tragedies. Martin Luther King deserves that the truth of the circumstances of his murder be revealed to the light of day, but our democracy is so flawed, that this may never officially happen, so we have to depend on the private citizens to shed light on some of our darkest and most shameful historical lies, still pushed at us by our compromised media. Great work Tamara and Jerry!

A must read
This book is a must read for every citizen of the United States. It will opens the eyes for those who may be in a slumber and dreaming the American dream. The accounts in the book lead the reader to question the evidence in the case against Jimmy Ray and the corruption of those intertwined in the assassination of a great American leader. I feel that those entering the Criminal Justice field should be required to read this book and any other that places them in an objective position and to remember is it never our place to judge as that is something to be done by one greater than ourselves.Everyone has a story and it is our responsibility to sit quietly and listen. Thank you to Tamara Carter and her great intellect and talent as a researcher and writer. I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to read Jerry's story and reflect on the fact that things are not always what they appear to be.CJ Richardson
